Is it better to take college classes that are twice a week or take one long

class once a week? I've been going to college for a while, normally I do the M/W or T/TH classes deal but due to work I'm considering just taking the extended hours courses which are offered once a week (example instead of a class being held M/W 10:00 - 11:15 this class would be M 6pm-9pm).

From your experience are the once a week classes harder or easier?
The main reason I'm taking 3 one day a week classes is work, working full time and wanting to do school 3/4 time.

A side reason is, if I'm only going to school two days a week I'm more likely not to want to skip a class.
 
From my experience, it all depends on the professor. Just make sure the once-a-week classes are taught by a cool professor. The once-a-week teacher I'm currently taking lets us out an hour early all the time. On the other hand, it's a pain in the butt to have to sit in a class that long. All in all, I think the once-a-week classes are harder since you're more likely to doze off or not pay attention in class.
