I am 32 years old. I am 180lbs and 5' 7''. I have a 12 hour shift, a 3 month old, and a 2 year old who don't let me sleep. I am currently on Jenny Craig and my adviser told me that I need an abundant amount of sleep in order for me to lose weight. It is very hard for me to follow such instructions with my current situation. So I'm debating on whether to somehow squeeze in rest or start working out. What should I do?
