the east coast of australia? My girlfriend and I are travelling between cairns and brisbane next july/august. We're debating whether to rent a camper-van for the three weeks we're there for the freedom and somewhere to sleep. However, it may work out cheaper to stay in a hostel each night and travel by greyhound bus. We're going on a couple of tours out there which is pre booked so for a few nights our accommodation is sorted. Anyone care to share their experiences?
