I, along with 5 people are going to Europe later this month and at least 3 of us need cell phones. When I went to Europe earlier, the government just arranged cell phone service, but we didn't have any information on what kind of carrier it was. All of us have Verizon, and Verizon doesn't offer roaming service in Europe.
Because I do go to Europe frequently as part of my job, I am considering of buying pre-paid phones.
