Is it better to bike for an hour or run for a half an hour?
I stationary bike at about 14mph, burning about 350 cals per hour (i have a low heart rate) I run about 3.5 miles with one large uphill.
i want to burn fat.
What should I do? Or rather, which is a better workout?
