Which place will you make more money? What are the pros and cons of each?
I was offere a job at a nice bar and grill that sits on a lake literally hanging ut over the water, the bar has nice lounge with actuall chairs and couches. Live music once a week, I assume it would be a bit more laid back than an actual bar alone, however not as deadf as just a normal restaurant with a bar. It is also right beside the hampton inn which also sits on the lake, what are your thoughts now?

im not sure on the money part, but a restaurant is more of a quite place more relaxed!!
whereas a bar is constantly full of people and the pepole are way more drunk...
if you like the loud social scene and getting hit on all night long than bartend at a Bar!! if your more quite reserved and a one-on-one kinda person than Restaurant is the safer choice!!

At a bar you get tips more often, but you have to listen to a great deal of stupid stories. At a restaurant, you don't have to listen to as many stupid stories, but you don't get tips as often.

Bar... the bar is the main "attraction" at a bar... people go to restaurants for food... people go to bars to drink...
