is it bad to shave at the age of 14?

my parents said i shouldnt shave at 14 im 2 young.But i am growing like single hairs in the middle of wear my eye brows are sorta like a unibrow except its like 3 or 5 pieces of hair.Is it bad to shave or pull them out.?And it would be nice if their any suggestion for taking out that hair.
