Is it bad to have sex with an unconscious friend?

Ok so last night me and my friends were at this party, one of my friends (Amy) got so drunk she crawled into a bed in the house and was out completely...I came in, saw her there, smoking hot, dead drunk and kind of had sex with her.

Left without her noticing it was me and acted as if it was nothing...we had sex before, we weren't exactly dating we just had sex to relieve stress, this was about a year ago. Now I'm feeling a bit of guilt about it...
 
That is rape and I hope she does press charges and I hope they look on your computer and find you posted this so it will be easier to convict your dysfunctional *ss.

What kind of parenting did you have where you would think that is ok?

Would it be ok if one of your guy friends came in while you were drunk and passed out and proceeded to use your body to sexually gratify himself?

Or would one of your guy friends passes out and you use him to sexually gratify yourself do you think he would mind?

So why then is it ok for you to use this girl?

If someone did that to my daughter and I found out there would be a trial alright, but it wouldn't be for rape.
 
That was a terrible thing to do. For all you know you could've gotten her pregnant, given her HIV or some disease or you could've caught it yourself. You should apologize seriously to her and talk to her about it especially if you haven't told her because that would be considered rape. She has a right to know what you have done to her.
 
Consent wasn't given, so technically it was rape. She could press charges if she desired and could prove it occured.

Don't be stupid...NEVER be intimate with anyone without their consent. You should feel guilty!
