So, I'm on a diet, and the day started off really good. then i went out with my friends and i got a coke with mushroom ravioli, then i ate 2 cookies and a truffle. i feel horrible, and I want to exercise with some strength training and cardio now. it's about 10:32 pm, but is it even worth to exercise at night? Is it better to do it in the morning? When is the best time to exercise that gives you the most benefit? thanks
