Is it bad to exercise 5 days a week, doing pushups, situps, and running?

I want to get in the best possible shape in the least amount of time. Im in ok shape now, I just want to be really well off for infantry school. I rest on saturdays and sundays. I also do have the motivation to workout those three things everyday. Im also making my diet no junkfood and lots of fruits and stuff.
