You should eat it 3 times a week. I don't know if that's the minimum or max amount. But, I think you'll be fine. It's the healthiest thing to eat, and I'm sure there are many places where people eat fish everyday. I notice your choice of fish is not what I eat, so I'm going to name some great fish that you might like as well. I can't handle the strong, fishier kind. I prefer Grouper, Red Snapper, Pompano, Trout, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Tilapia, and Yellow fin Tuna. You should check those out, they're delicious!!
