Is it bad to eat a 500g box of grapes in a day?

Not like every day...maybe like once or twice in a fortnight? Just wondering.
I don't only eat the grapes: Normally I have salad and maybe an apple. Otherwise my diet is completely healthy, the grapes are just every now and again.
 
There is no point in it. You should eat 1 cup of grapes and use up the rest of your calories on different fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains, low-fat dairy and healthy oils. It's best to get variety.
 
Hmmm i'm not sure but too much of anything is bad. As long as you're not eating that amount often then i'm sure it's okay. But it's good to add variety when eating fruits, and vegetables. Try to include as many different colours of fruit as possible.
