I go to the gym every Monday-Thursday.
I first do 10 minutes on the Elliptical(plus 5 minute cool down)
Then 10 minutes on the Treadmill(plus 5 minute cool down)
Last 15 minutes on the Bike
I do that everyday. Is that bad? I mean, I am getting good results. Lost 23 pounds so far... started diet middle of August.
Also, should I take a break from the gym ever? I mean yesterday(Thursday) I was sooo tired at the gym and just left early because I couldn't do the bike... just so exhausted.
