A little Over 3 years ago I was lifting a jacuzzi and ruptured a blood vessel and it seemed to have healed so I thought nothing of it then within a week it ruptured again seemingly without cause and it's been happening more and more frequently now it happens at least twice a week and seems to be caused by eye strain. It is incredibly painful and seems to clear up in about an hour so perhaps it's not a full rupture just like a tiny leak exacerbated by eye strain? Either way is it bad?
