Is it bad ideal to ask Pisces girl out to eat again?

I had ask her out last week, She said she have to get her hair done. I had told her when ever you feel like going out to eat give me a call. The next day my friend told me they had went out to eat after she got her hair done; They're roommate (male) . So should I ask her again or wait until she decide to go out?
