I am having a very formal, black tie wedding. I originally decided that I wanted the traditional sit down dinner. Now that I've talked to some caterers and family members, they think I should have a buffet style dinner because that way people have the option to have more food if they're still hungry. I can somewhat understand where they're coming from, however, I don't think it still fits in with the formal-ness of the day. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
