I had to get papers served to him today I recieved them today as the emergency hearing is in a week. I got them after his law office closed. I drove to his place of work to give them to him, and they lied and said he was not there. I then got a phone call from his lawyers assistant at 10:00pm telling me if I serve him at his place of work it is against the law and they will file a harrassment suit against me. Is this true? I am representing myself so I was just surving him as I did when we got divorced and for the temporary orders hearing.
p.s. I need to get it done I was going to go tomorrow but dont want to get a harrasment suit against me.
Ok I am going to serve the counsel. What is the best way to do that? Im trying to do this right here people relax...
