My neighbor has called the police on me 4-5 times for no reason. She just simply lies to them. If she were caught calling the police, just to harass me by making up stories, would she be breaking the law? In AZ state. The only reason she harasses me with the police is because she hates my breed of dog. I do not antaganize her or let my dogs intimidate her in any way, shape, or form. Honestly, she is by far, the biggest a**hole I have ever met in my life. Please help, Thanks

This is tough to answer because I suspect you each have a gripe against each other.

It could be possible that your dogs really are a menace, and she shouldn't have to tolerate it.

If your breed of dog has been none to be more dangerous than others when handled improperly, perhaps they scare her. For instance, pit bulls aren't necessarily more dangerous than other dogs, but by the simple nature of the design of their jaws, when they are trained to be vicious, then they can reek more havoc than say a beagle.

Maybe you should just really evaluate both sides before you cast the stone at her.

They will continue to show up if they agree with her. If she is making it up they will stop showing up and ignoring her.

My friend had the same problem with his neighbor. She hated white people and hated kids. Any time any kids came near her yard she called the cops on him even if it wasn't his kid. Eventually they told her if she kept calling they were going to ticket her. Don't know if they really can or were just trying to get her to shut up. It did work though.
