Is it against the law if..?

I'm pregnant from a man who has Down's Syndrome? He lives with his mother and doesn't work, but he's functional, can talk, shower, make meals for himself. I'm friends with his mother, and she has been pushing this to happen very subtly. I regret it, but its too late now. Being drunk is no excuse, I totally understand that. I just need some opinions before I do anything now.

I do not think it is against the law but I would just take it one day at a time. I hope that he knows what is going on with you and hope things will be ok with you and him and his mother. Good Luck!!
