My landlord has been talking badley about myself and family, how high my bills are, my lifestyle, how he is "sick of me".... is that even legal in the state of maine? Also if it isnt what website can I get it so I have legal proof its against the law? He has been horrible to myself and family because he has had complaints that my 2 and 4 year old are too loud during the day when they play. please help.
