You said it the nurses are professionals they are doing their jobs no law stops them besides if you think for one minute they are happy to see your little wanker your wrong. just like a Proctologist looking at A=Holes all day your little wanker means nothing to them

...the opposite sex?guy or girl? Is this how all combination Methadone/Pain clinics work? I know the laws are Rigid with these programs but this has to be the line.

In My Doctor's Methadone/Pain Managment clinic everyone there is lumped together: Mr.Middle-Age w/prostate cancer and Mr.Dickhead Charged with armed-robbery and court mandated treatment, all there to get methadone.

Because of the very few enrolled who've been caught cheating the PP test, everyone must be observed directly, through a hole in the stall, by a nurse. This is to make sure the urine samples are "Valid". Literally, they got to see the cup and the PP flowing from your ding-dong or cha-cha. For guys they have to stand sideways at the toilet so they can watch you. This is a female nurse servicing 240 patients with 60% male clients That's like a female cop strip searching a male inmate 2x a week for 2 months, then a little less frequent. This is a smaller clinic in a canadian city of 150,000. There are many many cancer patients and users waiting for enrollment.Maybe it is because this clinic is only a few years old or maybe exceeding the guidelines but C"MON!

Note: The nurses are professional but far from "Spring Chickens". But that is beside the point. Experiences from other CND MMT's ?

Hey...sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make sure that the individual patient is diagnosed with what is really wrong with them. It sounds like a few bad apples ruined it for everyone, and so...now everyone has to be observed....sucks to say it, but welcome to the real world
