at say 1pm or 2pm today (i work from 9.30 to 5.30pm)

my boss is busy and i feel its awkward to hand it to him just now. i feel forced into resigning becuase he is critising my work even though i do my work well and his other colleague (partner) agrees.

we had a meeting the other day and he said ill make my decision as to whether you stay. i believe he will sack me

i would like to obviously start my notice asap, is this acceptable to hand it in at say 2.00pm when a bit quieter and take today as my 1st days notice?

and should i ask for a quick meeting with him and 3rd party present or just hand it to him. our meeting the other day was very uncomfortable.

thanks
MY APOLOGIES - I meant to write Resignation letter.

he was not happy and said yhat i did not need to work my 2week so i left there and then
