setting? My family went out to celebrate my Mother's Birthday. Dinner was great, but afterwards we moved the party to the club next door. While my wife, who had just had surgery a couple of months prior, was putting her coat and purse at our table, I decided to hit the dance floor with my sister-in-law because the band was playing a song I liked. Due to the crowd around her table, my wife did not see us dancing, but my brother could and was okay with it. One of my other sisters pointed us out to my wife and my wife became very upset with me. Is what I did so wrong? She explained to me that she was not upset with my sister-in-law because I asked her to dance. She is upset because I disrespected her by not asking her to dance first or even asking permission to dance with other women. Who is right in this situation?

if there is any kind of spark between you and your sister-in-law it it very very bad.
