Is it "a well paying job" or "a good paying job"?

I have seen this confused on the news lately and wonder which is grammatically correct.

a well paying job is grammatically correct.

It is a well paying job

The "good paying job" is grammatically wrong.

Well-paying job, as in "the job pays well." But if you talk about the pay as a noun, then you could say, "the pay is good."

It should be a "job that pays well".
