Is it a sin.. How should I confess it?

Im catholic and i wNt to know if this is a sin... Wen I was small like about 5-7 years old my cuzin he sometimes sexually harassed me .. He was about the same age... And I would go along with it ... We did some stuff... I am having trouble on how to confess this... If it is how should I explain it to the priest.?
