I know exercise will help me lose more weight faster, that's obvious. But who really likes to exercise. I mean if I wasn't forced to exercise then it would be more "fun".
Anyways, I'm getting off topic. I'm a new member of WW's and I have 28 points a day. I work every day too, so it's kinda hard to exercise everyday. Anyways, do I have to exercise to lose weight, or will just eating my allowed points help me lose weight. I know exercising will help me lose it faster but I'm not really excited to exercise. I do try to walk on the treadmill, atleast 30 mins 2-3 times a week. I just want to know how much I should exercise, if any, on the WW diet.

Also, what happens if I don't eat all 28 points??? Is that bad, should I try to eat exactly 28 points? Thanks.
