My boyfriend just got pulled over and the cop gave him a ticket for driving my dads car whose license is suspended (thats why he got pulled over in the first place), but the car is insured and my boyfriend has a valid DL. My bf says the ticket reads its a misdemeanor. Is that even possible?
is it a misdeamanor to drive someone elses car in minnesota?
