At the restaurant I work at we ran out of soap for the industrial dishwasher, and my manager tried to get me to not use soap to wash the remaining dishes. I refused because I believe it is a health code violation. I live in Texas and was just curious if this is correct...in case they try to ask me to do it again. If possible please list the health code so I can look it up and print it out. Thanks for your help.
