Is it a good time sport time table ?

I do sport alot of it .
I was a sprinter, scuba diver..
now I chosen a new sport is ( parkour ) my
days table is ..

Monday: Jugging ( 1HOUR)
1Tuesday: Capoeira. second Tuesday SHaoline Kung Fu

Wednesday : Normal GYM All Body ,llight weight ( Superset)

1st THursday: Parkour . 2nd thursday: shaoline Kung Fu

friday : Cross fit Sircuit (GPP) .

Sat: Kettlebells ( Sircuit)

Sun: Condition & Parkour


What do you think Guys ? is it good ??

thats my life ...
