Is it a good idea to write in a personal statement that you are applying because

of the faculty of the school? Although the school itself is very good in many respects, the main reason I am applying is because I feel it would be interesting to work with a couple of scholars there. Should I openly say so in my personal statement, i.e., I am applying mainly because you have this and that professor who will help me to complete my research etc?
