Is it an A.P. class or just "honors"? If A.P. I'd say it is definitely worth it since you will have credit for the class if you decide to pursue a college major in Biology. Thus, saving you time and money. The A.P. Biology class I took wasn't too difficult; it's really mostly memorization. Even if it is just plain "honors" I'd say go for it, since it shouldn't be a huge commitment and it will expand your intellect.
