Is it a crime that Paul Millsap is left off the NBA All-Star Ballot?

How on earth can he not be on there? We're talking about one of the top power forwards in the league this year who's averaging 21 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. I understand the West has a lot of talented forwards like Gasol, Anthony, Durant, Nowitzki, Scola and even Kevin Love this season. But for him to not be on the ballot is wrong. He at least deserves the chance to win a spot.

Does anyone else agree with me on this or think this is totally absurd?
