Is it a cheat to...PHOTOGRAPHY?

Ok...i do have the Adobe Photo Shop CS4 actually the even the whole Master's Collection but i BARELY know anything about it. Photography is my hobby, i would like to edit my pics with cool effects(color,textures...ect...)

so the questionis:

IS IT A CHEAT TO JUST EDIT MY PICTURES ON ONE OF THOSE FREE ONLINE PICTURE EDITING PLACE LIKE AN EASY VERSION OF PHOTO SHOP???

thanks in advance...(btw i take pics with my Nikon DSLR)
