We have an insurance person who says we can buy a 'commercial farm policy' to be covered for them and their business, but it would be underwritten by an out-of-state agency and more expensive. Someone also mentioned that, if we ever had problems with the tenants, we would have a VERY hard time evicting them because you 'can't take away someone's livelihood' without going through a huge legal process. Anyone have info or advice?
