Is it a bad idea to buy Chrysler/Dodge products right now?

There is rumor of them going out of business and if they do what would be the down sides to that?
 
actually that rumer been running around for a while, Ford, GM, Chrysler they all had money given to them to keep them from going bankrupt.

if anything it probably be a good thing to buy one right now because of the employee pricing. Personally I rather go with Japanese cars, like Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi is made by chrysler but still has Mitsubishi stuff. Honda,

if you really want to get technical Toyota is American too.
 
Joe is right. You'll get really good deals on GM & Dodge products right now because those companies are desperate to sell cars. Although, keep in mind those companies are in trouble for a reason and product quality probably has something to do with it. I'm a Ford man myself.
