Is it a bad idea to buy a new shubunkin if i already have 2 larger fish?

I have a 40 gal tank with two 6inch fish one is a comet and the other is a shubunkin. Is it a bad idea to get another shubunkin? Ive had the comet for almost a year and the shubunkin for 4 months and they get along fine.
