i know it is NOT. but why do muslims make it sound like it is????????????????????
OMG, just think about it, do you think Mohammad (PBUH) looked diffrent to others? tried to make himself look speciall? did he do stuff to attrck people's attention?
i mean come on, why do A LOT of people pretend they're follwoing the sunna but they actually are NOT.
for example i see people with beard so long it reaches their stomack, and they do it as the sunna of the prophet.
but then you see them using a £100.000 car
i mean what's with that?
Mohammad (PBUH) did have the poorest of lifes, but what ever he used was what people used back then, right?
also Islam pays a lot of attention to being clean. and it is A LOT eaiser to keep your spoon clean than your hand.
i mean the prophet, didn't use a car, why do you?
he didn't use a washing machine, why do you?
i'm not trying to say don't use these things, i'm just saying i think eating with your hand is not a sunna. i know the prophet didn't use a spoon, but it's because they probebly didn't have them back then.
but if you actually want to do everything that the prophet did, you should use a camel to travel, don't use washing machines, don't use a fridge and all the modern things.
and also you shouldn't be on the PC.
i'm not trying to be rude in any way, so please don't get me wrong, but my point is how is eating with you hand the sunna of the prophet, when they probebly didn't have spoons or forks back then.
just because the prophet didn't use something, it doesn't mean we shouldn't either.
we should just think about it and be logical.
i mean read this question and see how many people say it's the sunna of the prophet and they eat with their hands.
