Is is weird to mow your lawn at night?

I have decided to stop wasting my time sleeping at night and start doing something productive.

I strapped a flashlight to my head and went outside to mow my lawn at 1:00am.

A few of my neighbors came outside to watch me and I think I heard one yelling (I couldn't quite tell because my mower is loud).

So, is it weird or rude to mow your lawn at night? I think its the same thing as mowing it early in the morning...

Yes it's rude. Most people are trying to sleep. I get what you're saying. I have most my energy after midnight. And even if you have a flashlight you're still going to miss spots in the dark.
 
I don't think its weird but probably disturbing. If you were sleeping at 1 am and heard the roaring noise of a lawn mower you'd be peeved too. Especially if you have to get up in the morning for school or work.
