I need some info on having a relapse of Mono? The first time I had Mono, wasnt a pretty site, I remember it like it was yesterday, I was in my late teens early 20s when I first developed these symptums. I was 2 weeks before finals and graduating from college, I was working on a client when I wasnt feeling to good, told my teacher about it but she didnt want to listen to me, a few minutes later I fainted infront of the whole class, I was rushed to Urgent Care and they told my mother that I was fine and she just needed to get fluides. The next day I was rushed to the ER for running a temp over 104, I was in that ER for about 6 hours, the doctors were taking blood samples to see what was wrong with me, they kept coming back and telling us that I have sheep disease, valley fever, and hep C, all those dyinoses "bad speller sorry" were wrong. Finally they got me into a room and took other actions, I dont know how many times they took my blood, but I know I had pretty bad trainspotting all over my arms and legs. Anyway finally they figured out that I had mono after spending almost 3 weeks in the hospital instead of it going to my throat, it went to my spling and liver, all together I was sick for 9 months the worst thing that could ever happen to me. I was running fevers over 104 I was bed rested, I was throwing up constently couldnt keep anything down, tired all the time, way to weak to do anything. I really thought I was on my death bed for awhile it kinda felt like it. So I wanted to know if its possible that ppl can relapse, Im 25 now, and I got sick a few weeks ago, and everyone around here thinks I might have it again, with some of the same symptums, the high fevers, cold ever so often and tired, or could what I have just be a head cold, sinus infection type of thing.. Please let me know.. Thank you..
