...community pool??? details inside..? My younger brother and his friend (aged 12 and 11) were at the pool tonight and a member from the homeowners was taking pictures of them. Is this legal??
if your answer includes "yes, it is illegal" can I go to the police for this? And what if the young boys were not following the pool rules and this was the reason?

The boys were not trespassing, but they did not know where the key was so they hopped the gate..
