i have done a bit of research about copyrights and it says i have to register my website to get a copy right. is it ok for mr to just put a copyright symbol at the bottom of my web page even though i havent registered it. i realise that this means i cant pursue any copyright infringements but i was thinking it would just be enough to scare people out of stealing my work.
is ir ok to put a copyright symbol on a web page just to put people off from copying?
