Is international relations + political science or history a mickey mouse degree?

- I'm not good at maths
- Therefore, I'm also not good at physics and chemistry = not good at the majority of sciences, and as a result, forget anything like engineering

I am, however, genuinely interested in the study of international relations, political science, etc. But is it a mickey mouse degree? Some people seem to think that anything that isn't maths at Cambridge is a mickey mouse degree. Is a degree in international relations and political science really as useless as a degree in something like the history of art in western europe or video games studies (yes, they have that now)? Please be honest. Careers I had been considering in relation to that degree were something with the UN or the foreign office. My original choice for university was journalism, which I've now decided to forget about as I keep reading that it's useless and journalism is dead.

Now I'm pretty bummed out and I really don't know what to do with my life now. Should I just forget university and take up a job at McDonald's? Please be honest. I'm 19.
Just to clarify, the possible combination I had been considering was either international relations and political science or international relations and history.
