Is iATKOS (mac leopard osx) able to use my windows laptops wireless card to connect

to a network? I have a toshiba windows vista laptop. i'm pretty new to this hightech stuff. i would like to set up my iATKOS to download things and have internet acces. is there a way to make iATKOS accept the windows wireless card? when i installed iATKOS i noticed 2 drivers; one was the wireless patch and the other was an intel driver (i have intel) Do i need to use any of these? if not, is there a way to buy an AirPort thing in USB form and have the other end connect to my router through a reciever that has a CAT 6 cable? thanks =)
