Is HSPDA/3.5G worth not buying a N73 for?/What phone should I get?

Hey all,

I want to buy a N73. But I just now realized the fact that it doesn't have 3.5G capabilities. I really want whatever phone I buy to last me for a while without becoming outdated.

I use Cingular, and I'm in an area that has 3.5G and I'd love to have a phone that I can link up to my laptop and use as a bluetooth modem.

Should I wait for the N95? Buy the LG CU500? Something else?

I'm really not very knowledgeable about all this, any info is appreciated.
