is heavy rain on ps3 a good game?

i am looking for a different sort of game, and this one looks really cool, since u get to change the whole plot around depending on your actions, and the graphics also look really good
 
It is a different type of game, that's true. But you have got to be into the whole "I'm in a story" thing. You don't get to control your character in the regular way and that's a bit frustrating, but the storyline is good and the graphics are great.
