im assuming it isn'te because pine bark is from a tree and hawthorn is from hawthorn berries.
I recently have been having heart palps, and heart/chest discomfort/troubles.
this hawthorn stuff was one of the things that was suggested as an herbal medicine for it.
I had a bad time with pycnogenol, so that is why im asking if they are similar, pycnogenol made my throat close up a bit. maybe i was just allergic to one of the ingredients in the formula, who knows?
but anyways, just asking. and yes i've seen a doctor, of which im currently getting a catscan to rule out any actual heart troubles. but as of right now, i have no insurance, so without insurance i can't get meds. so in the meantime im just looking into herbal medicines that could help me. and hawthorn seem safe.
