is having sex with a 13year old bad if ur 16?

hi im 16 turning 17 i have my own place and im an all around good kid
thers a girl who is 13 turning 14 and we um hv planned to hv sex like we hav been goin out for 3 years and her parents like me and we both wanna do it but i need to know is there anything i need to know about hv sex with her ..like any bad things or dangers..shes on the pill and ill use condoms
 
It's against the Law and if you were to be caught then you would be charged with statutory rape and you would be placed on the Sex-Offenders list. That would be the main problem; Sexually Transmitted Infections are also a problem and then there is pregnancy. "The Pill" and condoms cannot guarenttee that she will not get pregnant; they are not always 100% functional although most claim to be "99% effective".

I don't think you should go through with it as you are so young but it's up to you... just take into consideration the Law.
