Is having partiality, thereby contention, thereby instability, err on both sides of atheists vs theists?

Perhaps know is what makes you free of beliefs,
since all sorts of people believe erroneous things.

Perhaps correctly dividing is above of under/above,
and not right of left/right as many suppose (believe),
since be right to make others wrong is "inexcusable":
for digging up dirt on others also dirts you: Romans 2.

Perhaps there's no partiality in either justified or condemned:
- Above: Grace: sinners none, all righteous, so none perish.
- Under: Law: sinners all, none righteous, so then all perish.

Perhaps when no partiality, then it becomes a globe-all matter.
Eg: whenever perfect-ion comes, then part-iality is done away;
as when man-kind, then childish things are put away: 1Cor 13.
