Is Google Earth Street view allowed to show a business van with name & phone number?

On street view, I can see a works van. The company name has not been blurred but other items on the side of the van have. The phone number is barely blurred but readable and not local to the area. I can also see a man next to it clear enough to be able to recognise him again.
Is this legal?
