Im 17 years old 5'3 and weigh 125 lbs on a good day, but sometimes 128. Whatevs.
Anyway, Im obvi not overweight, but I would like to tone some flab parts of my body and tighten up by the spring time I guess.
So, if I eat right etc, would I see a difference in my body if i go to the gym 2-4 times a week? I'd probably end up going more like 2-3 times a week.
I want to diminish some cellulite tthats on my bum and back of my thighs. And I want some more muscle.
I am skinny, but not frail. I have some meat on me, and I dont mind. I just want to tone up.
So yeah, if I go and really work out is it realistic to expect a difference in my body if I dont end up going every day?
